About the Opportunity

This isn’t your typical upholstery role. You’ll join a small, highly skilled team where your craftsmanship directly shapes prototypes and luxury furniture that end up in world-class offices and architectural projects.

From interpreting creative design sketches and 3D renders to crafting flawless prototypes and guiding them into production, this role blends hands-on upholstery mastery with design collaboration and problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Upholster and assemble bespoke prototypes and premium furniture pieces
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to refine concepts for manufacturability
• Achieve luxury finishes – symmetrical seams, clean stitching, and ripple-free surfaces
• Offer insights to streamline production without compromising quality
• Contribute your expertise to new collections that set the benchmark for Australian furniture

About You

We’re looking for a trade-qualified upholsterer (or equivalent experience) who takes pride in luxury craftsmanship and thrives in a design-led environment.

You will stand out if you:

1. Have experience in luxury upholstery, high-end reupholstery, or bespoke automotive interiors
2. Enjoy problem-solving and iterative prototyping to achieve perfection
