Our established clinic in Williamstown is expanding, with a new base now open in Hawthorn East. With this growth comes the opportunity to join our OT team in a full-time role, with the option to step into a Team Leader position for the right candidate.

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity, working from our Hawthorn East clinic.

You’ll support a diverse caseload in the community — including clients with physical disabilities, mental health needs, and post-hospital discharge goals — across funding bodies such as NDIS, TAC, Medicare, WorkSafe, and private clients.

In addition to providing exceptional care, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a Team Leader role, supporting the team across Hawthorn East & Williamstown, where you will mentor and support fellow OTs, contribute to team development, and help shape the clinical culture of our growing organisation.

Essential Criteria:

AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Willingness to travel across the metro area (reasonable catchments)
