About the role

As an APS3 Participant Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders—handling enquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth service delivery across multiple channels.

What you will do

• Respond to face-to-face, phone and email enquiries
• Manage team inboxes and triage priority matters
• Schedule accessible appointments and coordinate logistics
• Support data entry, reporting and feedback tracking
• Assist with research, admin and project tasks
