Are you ready to start your career in business administration? This is your chance to gain valuable, hands-on experience while completing a 12-month traineeship and earning a Certificate III in Business, all while working in a supportive and collaborative team.

Based at Sealed Performance Batteries Pty Ltd (SPB) in Yatala, you'll join a friendly and dynamic team where you'll learn how a successful business operates and gain experience across a variety of administrative tasks.

What will you be doing?

This is an evolving role that can grow with your interests and strength

• Keeping records organised, managing company systems, and helping with scanning and filing.
• Preparing and sending customer invoices, and helping the Sales Team with enquiries.
• Checking on any unprocessed orders, preparing simple weekly reports, and helping with supplier forms and rebates.
• Looking after office needs like ordering supplies, keeping calendars up to date, and helping organise workplace events.
• Assisting with other tasks such as vehicle checklists and updating daily information as needed.

About you?

• Pays attention to detail and is keen to learn new skills
• Can communicate clearly and works well with others
• Is an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Preferably has a car and driver's licence
• Is reliable, organised, and able to take initiative
