About the role

Are you an experienced Switchboard Electrician looking to join a dynamic and growing Electrical company? Grid X Energy is seeking a full-time Switchboard Electrician to join our team in Wangara, Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and assembly of LV + HV electrical switchboards.

What you'll be doing

Assemble + wiring of electrical switchboards and associated equipment

Inspect, test and certify switchboards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work performed

Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Gaining experience in High Voltage sector (HV Testing + Terminations)

What we're looking for

Qualified Electrician with a current WA electrical licence

Proven experience in panel wiring

Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills using electrical schematics

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Commitment to safety and quality standards
