Seeking Vulnerability Specialist for our key State Government client. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of the Department's infrastructure by identifying and mitigating cyber security vulnerabilities as part of a vulnerability remediation and enhancement project.

You will be:

• Configuring, managing and optimising vulnerability detection tools to assess/report on risks and offer guidance on remediation.
• Leading and managing the vulnerabilities through the entire lifecycle – from identification through to remediation and reporting
• Working with technical teams to coordinate the remediation and mitigation of vulnerabilities.
• Generating vulnerability reports in line with customer compliance requirements
• Integrate the organisations vulnerability platform with ServiceNow and Microsoft Defender
• Contribute to enhancing the organisation’s vulnerability management processes and improving workflows

This role requires extensive experience handling vulnerabilities across different platforms. Demonstrated experience with vulnerability management tools is essential.

The following experience will be highly regarded:

• At least 3 years of experience managing vulnerabilities in a large corporate environment
• Strong hands-on experience utilising the Rapid7 vulnerability management platform
• The ability to integrate Rapid7 with ServiceNow
• Recent experience in vulnerability management, particularly within large enterprise, corporate, or government settings
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and operate under pressure with multiple stakeholders
