🌟 Why Choose Flourish Allied Health Services?
At Flourish, we’re more than colleagues – we’re a supportive, down-to-earth team who genuinely enjoy working together. Our multidisciplinary model means speech pathologists, occupational therapists, key workers, and support staff collaborate closely to wrap care around each family. We learn from one another, share ideas freely, and make space to celebrate the small wins – because we know this work is meaningful, and best done together.
Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a passionate new grad, we’ll support your growth through:
Regular team case discussions and clinical debriefs
Co-therapy opportunities with OTs, Key Workers and Educators
Peer mentoring across disciplines
Access to exceptionally well-resourced rooms, mobile tech, and AAC tools
We don’t do cookie-cutter therapy. We work flexibly across clinic, home, preschool, and community settings, tailoring every session to the child and family. And yes – we still laugh daily, share snacks, and cheer each other on.
