About the Role

This role involves ensuring customers are supplied with the correct parts in a timely manner, whilst maintaining high customer service standards at all times on the phone, counter sales and between branches.

Responsibilities:

Pick parts orders for customers

Pack goods for dispatch

Receipt incoming parts orders, branch transfers & external suppliers

Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods

Book Couriers both online and by phone

Greet customers at the counter and answer their parts queries

Provide assistance to the Sales Department

Maintain tidy and organised work environment

Assembly of sub components in to finished goods

Requirements:

Drivers licence

Forklift Licence

Adequate level of literacy and numeracy skills

Adequate computer keyboard skills

Good phone manner

Customer service focus

Ability to present a professional, friendly and approachable image

Good organisational skills
