About the role

We are seeking an experienced Spa Therapist to join our Spa team on the beautiful NSW north coast. We are offering work-life balance with flexibile work hours and employment arrangements. As our Spa Therapist, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional, personalised treatments and services to our valued clientele.

What you'll be doing

Provide a range of bespoke relaxing and rejuvenating spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, medi-spa and much more

Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring each client has a memorable and relaxing experience

Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked work area

Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols

Contribute to the 5 Star reputation, success and growth of our Spa

What we're looking for

Qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage or a related field

At least 1 year of experience working as a Spa Therapist in a similar setting

Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

and most importantly - a PASSION for the beauty and wellness industry
