We’re Aged Care Physiotherapy – a Melbourne-based team of dedicated professionals specialising in aged care. We work closely with aged care facilities across the city and take real pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred physio care to older Australians.

As we grow, we’re looking for a full-time physiotherapist to join us on the ground in the Greater Melbourne area.

About the Role
You’ll be based onsite at aged care homes, working with residents to help them move better, feel stronger, and stay independent. The work is varied and meaningful – no two days are the same.

You’ll be:

Carrying out assessments and building tailored treatment plans

Delivering therapy that focuses on mobility, pain management, reablement, and falls prevention

Collaborating with care staff and families to get the best results for residents

Keeping your documentation up to date and aligned with aged care standards

What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who’s professional, caring and confident in their clinical skills.

You’ll need:

General AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

Strong assessment and hands-on therapy skills

Great communication and time management skills

A genuine interest in aged care (previous experience is a bonus)

Up-to-date Police Check and required immunisations.

A Few Things Worth Mentioning

This is a full-time role but if you 3-4 days availability, we would consider.

You must have full Australian working rights – sorry, we can’t offer sponsorship at this stage

We’ll try to place you at facilities that make sense geographically and clinically
