The Role

This role will be part of the SIAM (Service Integration and Management) practice and play a crucial role in designing and implementing IT Service Management solutions to support customer and business strategies.

This roles works closely with Sales, Technical Solution Architects, and Product Management teams within the business.

• Designing sustainable, relevant and value added solutions for our customers
• Ensuring proposals are well thought out and represent the most optimum solution within defined constraints
• Developing out-of-box thinking designs that challenge the status quo
• Supporting customer innovation & maturity providing designs which incorporates better tooling, smoother operations, and better capability
• Building and leveraging existing offerings & delivery methodologies, focusing on scalability
• Show technical and SME leadership by example.

Essential Experience

• Strong IT / Enterprise Service Management experience.
• 5+ years' experience working across a range of technology streams including Public and Private cloud infrastructure management, Cyber Security Management, End User Compute and Support, PaaS and IaaS
• ITIL v3 or v4, SIAM Foundation and ServiceNow certifications would be highly desired
• Proven experienced translating business challenges into suitable technical solutions
• Previous experience working with an IT MSP or have a consulting background would be highly advantageous
• Proven experience interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders, from technical staff through to C-level executives
