Boilermakers - EOI

The Company

Our clients are some of Australia's largest truck body builders who design, build, and maintain road trains and road transport equipment

You will be involved in, but not limited to:

• Aluminium welding experience with some mild steel (MIG and FCAW)
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Fit up and fabrication of components, in jigs and to drawings.
• Diagnose and repair damage as part of the maintenance and service of heavy vehicles
• Marking and cutting out sections and shapes using hand tools and other workshop equipment.

To be successful, you will have:

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate - Boilermaker/Fabricator
• 2nd Class Welders/Fabricator are also welcome to apply.
• Experience, or desire to use, Robotic Welder and hold a current LF (forklift) license
• Road Transport Industry experience, highly advantageous
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test.
• Provide a valid National Police clearance (not issued longer than 6 months ago).

On Offer:

Monday to Friday work with weekend available.
Pay rate - $55 - $65/hr depending on skills and experience, + Super + O/T + allowances
