About the role

Join the team at Hunter Valley Pool Perfection as a full-time Pool Technician. Based in Cessnock, NSW, this role involves maintaining pools for residential and commercial customers across the Hunter Valley region as well as helping in our HVPP Retail shop front when applicable.

With a focus on providing high-quality service, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' pools are operating efficiently and safely.

What you'll be doing

Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and chemical balancing

Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorination systems

Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to clients

Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients

Adhering to all relevant health and safety standards

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Repairing/Replacing equipment when necessary

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications or experience in pool maintenance and repair

Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities

Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Flexibility to work a range of hours, including some weekends and public holidays (optional)
