Conduct assessments on air conditioning machinery/refrigeration systems,

Diagnose malfunctions, faults and breakdowns of the equipment and perform necessary repairs,

Fit new systems and remove old systems and faulty equipment as required,

Follow detailed installation instructions and manuals produced by Redtech Commercial Refrigeration,

Perform air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance and repairs, document all work completed and to quote for further work when required,

Manage daily jobs using smartphone/tablet and complete all necessary paperwork required in a timely manner,

Participation in an afterhours call out roster,

Complete overtime on an as need basis

Work positively and productively alongside other trades people, a part of a small team and autonomously. This will require the employee to, on an as per needs basis, participate in providing education to apprentices to ensure the future growth of Redtech Commercial Refrigeration employees,

Participate in training sessions held by Redtech Commercial Refrigeration

Undertake in house training sessions with Redtech Supervisors

Use tablet/laptop and provide job estimates and order parts as needed

Manage customer requests as requested
