$30 – $45 per hour + Overtime penalty rates + Casual Loading

Monday - Thursday 3pm to 1am

Friday 12pm - 6pm

Onsite parking

Brand new Fronius TPS 400I welders with Push/Pull torches

Idamco is a global company, with a newly set up 1,350sqm fabrication and assembly facility in Rocklea. Primarily servicing the Sugar Cane industry, we have a heavy workload well into 2026.

We require motivated and committed Boilermakers/Fabricators, Second Class Welders and TA’s to work in our Fabrication and Assembly teams.

PM SHIFT- Boilermaker/Fabricator & Second Class Welder

Responsibilities, Experience & Qualifications

Working in a production environment, you will be responsible for safe, quality MIG welding of our range of products in both Steel and Aluminum.

Fabrication/Manufacturing & Assembly experience

Previous Aluminum MIG welding an advantage

Trade Qualification or relevant work experience including previous MIG welding experience

Experience in reading and interpreting drawings

Welding of products according to drawings and specifications

High attention to detail

A strong work ethic

Current forklift license an advantage

Experience with robotic welders highly regarded
