We are looking for Qualified Landscapers and Landscape Construction Labourers that are reliable, motivated, fit, capable of following instructions, skilled and trustworthy team members with a passion for quality workmanship, to join our long running award winning company. It is not essential for Landscape Labourers to have experience in the field, but it is helpful.

The job involves a mix of hard and soft landscaping, plus some construction work.

Must Have:

• ✅ Ability to perform physically strenuous tasks

• ✅ White Card

• ✅ Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape construction

• ✅ Proven ability to manage projects unsupervised

• ✅ Excellent work ethic, physical strength and fitness

• ✅ Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• ✅ Impeccable attention to detail

• ✅ Own transport

Job sites are all over the Sunshine Coast, so MUST have their own reliable car.

We are looking for someone with previous landscape experience plus also a white card. Would be great if they have any or all:

Certificate III in Landscape Construction

Bobcat and/or Excavator tickets

MR Licence

We’re growing and looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects, and contribute to our high standards.
