TAMEX Transport currently has an opportunity available for a Freight Sorter / Forklift Operator to join our Newcastle team.

Monday to Friday – PM Shift 4PM - 8PM

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for sorting freight, loading/unloading multiple vehicles safely and efficiently, and general housekeeping in the shed/ workplace.

Role Requirements:

A current HRW LF license is essential

Previous industry experience

Manual Handling experience

Understanding of Work Health & Safety, Chain of Responsibility, and basic load restraint principles

Customer service oriented and attention to detail

A current MR class license is desirable, but not essential
