We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale network refresh projects across multiple sites as part of a national rollout program. You’ll be overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure upgrades—including Wi-Fi and wired networking—working across clinical and corporate environments in a hybrid setup.

This role is all about planning and executing scheduled works in live environments, managing outages, coordinating vendors, and keeping things on track financially and operationally. You’ll be the key interface between delivery teams and senior (sometimes tough) stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met in a tightly managed schedule.

In this role you will form part of a nation-wide program team, who are delivering a major network refresh.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in digital health, ICT, or clinical ICT project management
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Good knowledge of project governance, risk management, procurement, and financial tracking
• Skilled in using project management tools like Planview, MS Project, JIRA, and familiar with methods like PRINCE2, Agile, or PMBOK
• Experienced in managing vendors and contracts throughout projects
• Excellent communication and ability to engage and manage stakeholders and change
• Able to lead and motivate teams in fast-paced environments
• Strategic thinker focused on innovation, improvement, and achieving project benefits
• Experience with EMR, CIS, or ICT infrastructure projects is a plus
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and healthcare or hospital processes is helpful
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Health, Business, or similar field
• Holds a formal project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile PM
