The Role
We’re looking for a skilled, qualified and motivated Handyman/ Carpenter to join our Banyo team. This role involves a wide range of maintenance, renovation and repair tasks to keep our clients’ properties in top condition. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys varied work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, renovation and repair tasks, including some knowledge in carpentry, tiling, plumbing, painting, plastering in small and large projects.

Install fixtures such as cabinets, shelving, flooring, decks, kitchens, bathrooms etc.

Diagnose and resolve property maintenance issues efficiently.

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

Work closely with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service.

Complete daily reports and communicate progress to supervisors.

What We’re Looking For

Previous hands-on experience in the maintenance, building, or construction industry.

Qualifications as a Carpenter, Cabinet Maker or other trades highly regarded

Skills in carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering, plumbing, property maintenance, or handyman work.

Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia.

Current White Card or willingness to obtain

Willingness to undertake a Police Check and obtain a working with children blue card.

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
