About the role

Charlie Bean Salon is seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Hairdresser to join our talented team in Ormond, VIC. This is a part-time role for 2-3 days per week, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment where you can showcase your hairstyling expertise. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our loyal clientele, while also mentoring and supporting junior stylists.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality haircuts and colour treatments, and styling services to clients

Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on the best hair care solutions for their needs

Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products

Assisting in the training and development of junior stylists to ensure consistent service delivery

Maintaining a clean and organised work station, ensuring compliance with salon policies and procedures

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon through excellent customer service and technical skills

What we're looking for

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Senior Hairdresser, with a strong understanding of the latest hair trends and techniques

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised hair care solutions

Reliability, motivated and focused

Well presented professional appearance

A proven track record of mentoring and developing junior stylists

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and development

Proficiency in using a range of hair styling tools and products

MUST have full working rights with NO restrictions
