Current Opportunities:

Woodburn - Care is for 1 x 5 year old - Monday to Friday Morning: 5:45 am – 8:45 am Afternoon: 3:45 pm – 5:30 pm

Minimum 3 hours paid per shift Hourly rate $37.96 per hour

South Tweed

Days: Tuesday and Thursday (or any 2 days) - Hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Care for: 9-year-old child

Hourly rate $39/40.00 per hour

Newrybar

Days: Any 2 days per week (to be confirmed with the family) - Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm - Care for: Twin toddlers (13 months old) - Hourly rate $39/40.00 per hour

Terranora

Care is for 1 x 9-year-old girl diagnosed with ASD Level 2, ADHD, ODD, and anxiety. She is currently on limited school hours and requires structured, supportive care.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 11:45 am – 3:00 pm (includes school pick-up)

Wednesday, Friday: 11:45 am – 5:00 pm (includes school pick-up)

Saturday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Hourly rate: $40.00 per hour

South Gundurimba - Primary care is for a 1-year-old There is also an 8-year-old who may require some support before/after school.Days and Hours of Care Required: Wednesday 8am to 4pm Hourly rate $40.00 per hour

Nunderi

Day Required: Thursday - Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm - This role involves caring for 4 year old and a 5-year-old (before or after school as needed). Rate: $40.00 per hour

About the Role:

High-Quality Care: Provide tailored educational support and care in the child’s home environment.

Creative Planning: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities designed to meet the individual needs of each child.

Collaboration: Work closely with families and the IHC service to ensure the best outcomes.

Compliance and Documentation: Maintain safety, accurate records, and routines in line with regulatory standards.

What You Need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (JP verified)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification

Current WWCC and Police Clearance

ABN and Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Child Protection Refresher (current)

Confidence in independent work and providing care in home settings

Min 3 years’ experience
