PROGRAMMED is always on the look out for skilled and experienced construction workers and operators for our ever changing scope of work in Yatala QLD. With one of the largest commercial builds well underway and the needs of our client constantly scaling up and down we are looking for flexible team members who want to be apart of this development.

As a labourer and/or operator on our Logistics or Construction teams no two days will be the same. Our existing onsite team has been involved since inception and will guide you through the daily requirements and expectations.

These position are essential to maintaining efficiency across the site, enabling construction teams to work safely, effectively and efficiently.

Your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and respond to the evolving needs of the project will contribute directly to its overall success and above all completion of your daily tasks safely.

Qualifications:

Construction white card - mandatory

Forklift &/or Telehandler- mandatory

HR License - desirable

Some Key Responsibilities:

Attend all prestart meetings and ensure understanding of daily schedule and tasks.

Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely on-site.

Follow all safety protocols and equipment operating procedures.

Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.

Load, unload, and transport construction materials manually or with equipment.

Support tradespeople with basic tasks as required.

Use hand and power tools for general duties as directed.

Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as fencing and/or barriers.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting issues .

Ensure regular equipment inspections (prestart) and report required repairs as necessary.
