About the role

The role will carry out quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop.

Range of domestic appliances are: Washing Machines, Dryers, Ovens, Cooktops, Rangehoods, Dishwashers & Fridges.

Your key responsibilities and experience

• Resolve Technical issues in a fast and professional manner
• Diagnosis and problem solving technical issues
• Complete forms, service reports for repairs
• Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory
• Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction
• Cash collection
• 1 + years appliance repair and troubleshooting experience
• Current WA manual drivers license
