Robertson’s Bus & Coaches is a family-owned and operated bus company in Toowoomba that has been proudly serving the local community for over 40 years. We provide safe and reliable transport for a number of private schools in the area. We are looking for a School Bus Driver to join our fun, energetic, and professional team.

Position Overview:
As a School Bus Driver at Robertson’s Bus & Coaches, you will ensure the safe, timely, and friendly transport of students to and from school. The role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for more hours through local charter work.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport students to and from school on designated routes

Ensure students' safety and well-being during the journey

Maintain the bus in good condition and report any maintenance issues

Adhere to traffic laws and company policies

Create a positive, friendly environment for students during travel

About You:

Hold a current and valid driver’s license (MR or HR license preferred)

A commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role is desirable but not essential

Ability to engage with students and create a fun, yet safe atmosphere on the bus

Hold a current Driver's Authorisation (DA), or the ability to obtain one before starting.

Hold a Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one before starting
