We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service Call Consultants on a casual basis. This role is ideal for those with minimum of 3 days availability between Monday and Friday 9am -5pm and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Position Overview
Employment Type: Casual (Opportunities for Part-Time)
Hours of work: Monday - Friday between 9am – 5pm
Hourly Rate: $32.32 for trainees, $33.38 for consultants, depending on experience
This role is office-based only, located on York St in the CBD.
What you'll be doing
Customer Satisfaction Guru: Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and provide feedback for improvement.
Retention Rockstar: Use CRM tools to help clients retain their customers, offering solutions to enhance loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
Team Player: Collaborate across departments to support overall business goals and provide seamless service
Sales Superstar:
Make outbound sales calls, promote products and services, and identify upselling opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Handle inquiries, convert leads, and maintain accurate CRM records.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment. Alignment with our values is essential, and the successful candidate will possess the following:
Minimum availability of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
Tech-savvy, ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems (Exposure to AI and databases)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and relate well to others.
Empathy and resilience in assisting clients through difficult situations with professionalism.
A collaborative mindset, thriving in a team environment and contributing where needed.
Skill sets in the following areas give you the advantage:
Sales experience (or confidence and ability to make sales calls)
Strong KPI focus with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and embrace new challenges.
