About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand/Labourer to join our clients team in Croydon South.

As an employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients manufacturing operations. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to be part of an energetic work environment and contribute to the success of their growing company.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the assembly and production of our products

Performing general labouring tasks such as working with sheetmetal materials

Assist with operation of folding, slitting and cutting machines

General factory duties

Full training provided

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Collaborating with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar factory or labouring role, ideally within the manufacturing

Willingness to learn

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle manual handling tasks

Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy work area

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
