$50–$60/hr base rate (based on experience & licenses)

$30 bonus for every 5-star Google review

3% commission on all upsells

What We’re Looking For:

Solar installation experience

Current SAA Solar License (required)

Battery install experience and license are a strong advantage

Reliable, switched-on, and takes pride in clean, safe work

Keen to grow into new roles like air con, batteries, or even sales
