EcoSmart Solar is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated Trade Assistant to join our growing team. If you’re hands-on, reliable, and have experience working on roofs, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll support our electrical and solar installation projects across Rockhampton and nearby regions. While prior experience in solar or electrical work is a bonus, it’s not essential — we provide full on-site training.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with electrical and solar system installations

Cable management and wiring

Roof-based work and installation support

Safe use of hand and power tools

Material handling and site preparation

Following instructions and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills

Experience working at heights and on roofs

A professional and reliable attitude

Ability to work well in a team and follow directions

Requirements:

White Card (Construction Induction)

Working at Heights certification

Own battery drill and basic hand tools

Current and unrestricted driver's licence
