At Minx Contemporary Hair Boutique, we don’t do boring. We’re a huge three-storey, full-noise kind of salon — think high energy, stunning environment-high ceilings, art gallery style feature lighting, Japanese hair spas, and a full-service bar (yes, really). We've been in the game for 16 years, and with our brand-new space and a waitlist of clients, we’re looking for another superstar Senior Stylist to join the crew.

What You Get at Minx:

💰 Top-tier pay (no cap!)
We’re talking above-award wages and no limits on your hourly rate. Earn between $32–$38+ per hour, depending on your experience — and let’s chat if you’re worth more (we reward experience). This includes penalites- not a flat rate.

🎯 Bonuses on Bonuses

Service Commission: 5%, 7%, 10%

Retail Commission: 30%

Location & Hours:

We’re right in the heart of Toowoomba’s CBD in our gorgeous new 3-storey salon, think Melbourne art gallery meets luxury hotel lobby. Our space is epic, you cant miss it!

Part-time hours available:

Wednesday 9am–5:30pm

Thursday 9am–9pm

Friday 9am–5:30pm

Saturday 8am–2pm (fortnightly)

More hours available if requested
