The Role

Reporting to the Head of Retail, you’ll be responsible for every aspect of store performance — from team leadership and customer experience to commercial targets and operational excellence.
You’re not starting from scratch — you’re taking something great and making it even better.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a passionate and high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs through strategic team leadership and coaching
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house processes with precision
• Ensure the store is impeccably presented and merchandised in line with brand guidelines
• Build strong relationships with regular customers and local brand advocates
• Partner with head office on in-store activations and marketing initiatives
• Foster a positive, supportive and ambitious team culture

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in a retail management or senior leadership role
• Proven experience in high-volume or premium retail environments
• Strong people leadership skills — you know how to motivate and grow a team
• Customer-obsessed with a natural flair for creating memorable experiences
• Commercial thinker with the ability to analyse performance and take action
• Highly organised with excellent time management and operational skills
• Familiarity with retail platforms like JIFI or Shopify is a plus
