Armadale Glass are glass and aluminium specialists based in Kelmscott, proudly serving WA for over 50 years. We manufacture "in-house" at our fully equipped factory, and supply and install Aluminium Windows & Doors, Shower Screens, and Security Screens across the Perth metro area (plus project work up to the East Kimberley).

The Role
We’re seeking a first-class Glazier – Installer to join our expanding team. We have a rapidly growing Window Replacement business, and you will handle all aspects of this, ensuring each project “looks original".

Key Responsibilities:

Install aluminium windows and doors in double-brick and timber/steel framed walls

Fit shower screens (semi-frameless, 10 mm frameless, fully framed) and sliding mirrored wardrobe doors

Install security doors and screens

Take accurate site measurements, remove existing units, and perform precision fitting

Perform aluminium joinery tasks as needed

Interpret specifications and make sound on-site installation decisions

Lead a small install crew and mentor junior staff

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Glazier – Installer

Strong understanding of Australian glazing standards and WA residential building practices

A background in carpentry, general building, or aluminium joinery is well suited and will be highly regarded

Ability to problem solve

Safe handling of glass (including removal)

WA driver’s licence & White Card (Construction Induction Safety)

Self-starter attitude with strong leadership and communication skills

Circa $45 per hour plus Super plus Overtime
