We are seeking an experienced and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team at Fitness Hub in Merrylands, NSW.
As a contract role, this position offers the flexibility to shape your work-life balance while contributing to the growth and success of our boutique fitness studio.

Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging and challenging Reformer Pilates classes that focus on improving clients' strength, flexibility, and overall well-being

Provide personalised guidance and modifications to ensure the safe and effective execution of Reformer Pilates exercises

Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the Reformer studio

Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new clients

Collaborate with the Fitness Hub team to develop and implement innovative Reformer Pilates programming

Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your teaching skills

What we're looking for

Certified Reformer Pilates instructor

Comprehensive understanding of Reformer Pilates principles, exercises, and proper technique

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients of all fitness levels

Passionate about personal fitness and committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle

Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the studio

Current First Aid and CPR certifications
