About the role

Drains Plus' is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team in Greenwood, WA. This full-time role will involve providing comprehensive plumbing maintenance services to residential and commercial clients in the local area.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues, including blocked drains, leaking taps, and faulty hot water systems

Carry out routine maintenance and preventative work to ensure plumbing systems are operating efficiently

Provide expert advice to clients on the best course of action to address plumbing problems

Work closely with the operations team to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines

Maintain detailed records of all work carried out and material used

Liaise with suppliers to order parts and materials as required

What we're looking for

Qualified plumber with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance or service role

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve plumbing issues

Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to provide friendly and professional assistance

Good communication skills to explain complex technical information in simple terms

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate the needs of our residential and commercial clients

Current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
