Activ Therapy Winston Hills is part of a highly reputable franchise group with 12 established clinics across Sydney. We offer the systems, reputation, and support of a larger network, combined with the warm, community vibe of a local clinic.

Our space is located in a small local commercial village next to a popular café, with free street parking and a loyal base of friendly local patients in private rooms.

We treat a wide range of clients — from office workers and tradies to athletes and families — with a strong focus on manual therapy and results-driven care.

We currently have:

2 experienced AHPRA-registered physiotherapists

1 chiropractor (manual & diversified techniques)

Steady stream of new bookings via website, reception, and SEO

We're now ready to welcome:

1 Remedial Massage Therapist

1 Chiropractor

To join us 2–3 days/week on a flexible schedule.

🔍 We’re Looking For

Remedial Massage Therapist

Diploma-qualified in Remedial Massage

Registered with private health funds (HICAPS-eligible)

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Membership with an Australian massage association is a must

Comfortable treating musculoskeletal conditions in a clinical setting

Experienced therapists with an existing client base are welcome

We’re seeking a therapist who is collaborative, team-oriented, and committed to enhancing the overall patient experience

Friendly, reliable, and confident communicator

Chiropractor

AHPRA-registered and insured

Skilled in diversified/manual techniques (Activator and soft tissue work a bonus)

Comfortable in a musculoskeletal, results-driven environment

New grads welcome if confident and hands-on

💸 Pay Structure

Commission-based (split %) – to be discussed during interview

Room rental option available

📆 Clinic Hours

Monday–Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm (with 30-min lunch)

Saturday: 9:00am–1:00pm

Flexible workdays — we’ll adjust the schedule to suit the right candidate
