Hartley Lifecare is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Disability Support Worker to help support three clients in their own home.

Requirements: This role is for females only and requires NDIS knowledge

The position will have the following roster:

Hours: 127 hours per month (Active nightshifts)

Week 1: Fri: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, Sat: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift), Wed: 6 am - 2 pm.

Week 2: Thurs: 6:30 am - 2 pm, Fri: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift), Sat: 4 pm - 10 pm, Mon: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift), Tues: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift)

Week 3: Fri: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, Sat: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift), Wed: 6 am - 2 pm.

Week 4: Thurs: 2 pm - 10 pm, Fri: 10 pm - 6:00 am (Night Shift), Sat: 4 pm - 10 pm, Mon: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift), Tues: 10 pm - 6:30 am (Night Shift)

The successful candidate must have:

• A current provisional or full Australian driver's licence
• WWVP card with NDIS activities
• Valid First Aid Certificate (Must be from a Registered Training Organisation)
• Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and possess a NDIS certificate of completion https://training.ndiscommission.gov.au/login/index.php
