About the role

Anytime Fitness Stirling is seeking an experienced and driven Individual Business Owner (IBO) to join our fitness community in Stirling WA 6021. As an IBO, you will have the unique and genuine opportunity to operate your business rent-free within our Anytime Fitness club.

What you'll be doing

Training and motivating your clients to achieve their goals.

Develop and implement collaborative marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Foster a welcoming and motivating environment that encourages members to achieve their fitness goals.

Collaborate with our Anytime Fitness team to ensure compliance with brand standards and industry regulations

Continuously seek opportunities to improve the gym's performance and member experience.

What we're looking for

Experienced within the fitness industry, ideally as a personal trainer, gym manager or business owner

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a self-driven, results-oriented environment.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with members.

Sound business acumen, including financial management, marketing, and operational planning.

Passion for health and wellness, and a genuine desire to help people achieve their fitness goals.

Friendly, personable, professional, reliable and punctual people.

Must haves

Current ABN

Public liability and Professional indemnity Insurances

Current First Aid and CPR

National Police Clearance certificate

AUSactive registration (Personal growth, professionalism and development matter)

Permanent working rights within Australia (we want you long term)

Not be within any restrictive covenants periods (we want you now)
