At Made Joinery, we craft custom cabinetry and high-end joinery for some of Canberra’s most thoughtfully designed homes. Our team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on operator to join our workshop team with a focus on manufacture and assembly.

This role suits someone who values accuracy, craftsmanship, and a practical, results-driven approach.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Manufacturing joinery components based on technical plans

Assembling detailed cabinetry and custom joinery pieces in-house

Working with a mix of hand tools and automated machinery

Maintaining workshop quality, efficiency, and safety

What We’re Looking For

Experience in cabinetmaking, shopfitting, or similar joinery work

Strong workshop knowledge and ability to read joinery plans

Good attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills

A team-first mindset with pride in workmanship
