Preferred qualifications and skills include:

License: Possession of a mechanical trade qualification and relevant Cert III Minimum license.

Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Qualified Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive industry as a qualified Cert III trade holder.

Valid Australian Working Rights: Legal authorization to work in Australia.

Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: The ability to lead and communicate effectively.

Current Australian Full Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license.

Ability to Work Unsupervised: Self-motivation and the capability to work independently.
