The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to work in a well-established Family Law practice. You will ideally have a passion for family law and have conduct of your own matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work along an esteemed partner on a variety of parenting & property matters.
• To be able to manage own case load - (with supervision).
• Assist with preparing of conferences and mediations.
• Assist with preparation of legal documents.
• Meet important deadlines and identify priorities.

About You

To be successful, you must have:

• At least 4+ years' of legal administrative experience in Family Law.
• Proficiency with the Federal Circuit Court & Family Court of Australia processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills.
• A client focused approach.
• A foundational understanding of all aspects of family law.
• A strong commitment to client service and legal excellence.
• Experience in maintaining relationships with clients, barristers and other important stakeholders both internally and externally.
