We are a busy and growing Multidisciplinary service who focus on providing thorough clinical assessment to our clients, delivering quality clinical care and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise clients care needs. Our Registered Nurses will work alongside occupational therapists, nursing, podiatry and therapy assistants.

At Silverchain, we endeavour to have our team members working as close to home as possible. This Monday to Friday role (7.30am - 3.30pm) will cover suburbs from and to (but not limited to) Cockburn to Fremantle

Wound care and Catheter experience is essential to this role
