The Opportunity

This tier one property group has grown considerably over the past two decades and has a significant pipeline of exciting projects underway in the immediate term. Unlike others in the field, they are in a very strong financial position and are a fully vertically integrated developer. The position will work closely with the development, construction, funding and real estate divisions.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the core responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing of all invoices processed by the support team for accuracy and ensure due dates are in line with supplier trading terms.
• Processing and raising ad hoc invoices for the internal team
• Responding to AR/AP inbox queries from trades and suppliers.
• Strategic liaison with key stakeholders including operations managers and other key executives
• Review of company debit card spend, motor vehicle costs and other administrative tasks.
• Assisting with the month end close for AP/AR
• Preparing files to support balance sheet items, such as Work in Progress and Motor vehicle loans.
• Actively identifying process improvement opportunities

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 3+ years accounting experience and are possibly in the process of completing a CA/CPA
• A strong ambition to advance your accounting career within the property sector and the dynamic world of investments
