Join Our Team as a Maintenance Fitter / Production Technician!

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our production lines operate at their best. Your day-to-day will include:

Diagnosing and fixing equipment issues quickly to keep downtime to a minimum.

Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections.

Setting up machines and making robotic adjustments.

Supporting machine upgrades and capacity improvements.

Participating in maintenance planning and plant improvement projects.

Keeping our systems running smoothly and avoiding production delays.

Ensuring everything meets our quality and HACCP standards.

Sharing knowledge and training team members to build a stronger crew.

We’ll provide full training on our equipment and even bring in specialists from our suppliers to support your development.

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, capable, and ready to grow. Ideally, you’ll bring:

A trade certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Automation.

Solid mechanical/electrical know-how, especially with hydraulics and pneumatics.

Experience with high-speed packaging equipment (injection moulding, IML, etc.) is a big plus.

A keen interest in automation and robotics.

Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, ISO, and HACCP standards.

Strong troubleshooting skills and a team-first attitude.

Confidence working independently and managing your time.

Basic computer skills (MS Office).

A current forklift licence — or we’ll help you get one!
