About Our Client

Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin.

What you will be Doing

Deliver competency-based training and assessment in accordance with site and industry standards

Conduct practical, hands-on training for dump truck operators (entry level and experienced)

Ensure all training aligns with site procedures, legislation, and safety requirements

Monitor operator performance and provide feedback, mentoring, and support

Maintain accurate training records and reporting

Contribute to the ongoing development of site training systems and materials

What you will need

TAE

Training Transcripts/ LMS with proven experience

Standard 11, Coal Board Medical and Drivers License
