About You

• You're a QCT-registered teacher (or eligible)
• You bring patience, cultural humility, and a calm, firm presence
• You know how to build trust with young people who've learned not to trust easily
• You believe every student deserves a chance to learn, grow, and be seen
• You believe in second chances - and third ones too, if that's what it takes

The Role:

• Teach across a range of secondary subjects, with a focus on literacy, numeracy, and life skills
• Build strong, respectful relationships with First Nations students and communities
• Support students to stay on track and encourage their self-belief in achieving their educational goals
