We’re looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to step into a dual Team Leader / Lead BSP role - combining clinical impact with leadership, while contributing to a strong, connected team culture.

What you’ll do

Deliver high-quality, person-centred behaviour support for participants with complex needs

Provide leadership, mentoring, and clinical oversight to a team of BSPs

Manage caseload quality, risk, and service hours

Support service development, recruitment, and strategic planning

Represent Elements ABC in the local community and sector

What you’ll bring

Proficient-level NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration

Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, ABA, or BCBA

Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours

Knowledge of NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support frameworks

Leadership experience or readiness to step into a senior role

Current driver’s licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
