Synaco by Synergie is on the hunt for skilled Boilermaker / Welders to join our client's team in Wingfield! Work with a well-established company specialising in high-quality agricultural equipment and components.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel components
- Fabricate and assemble agricultural equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Overhead crane experience (preferred but not essential)
Shift Details:
- Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm
Pay Rates & Benefits:
- Casual Pay Rate: Day Shift: $36 - $40 per hour, with possible higher rates for highly experienced candidates
- Overtime opportunities available
