About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Membership Consultant to join our team.

This role will be approx. 20hrs/week and has the opportunity for advancement within the business.

This role can include shifts in South Morang, Bundoora, Doreen, and Mernda.

Shift hours will include 8am starts, 7pm finishes, and Saturdays.

As a motivated Membership Consultant, you will be contributing to the sales and marketing of the club. Your responsibilities will be achieving KPI's and sales targets, engaging with our members, focusing on club culture, marketing and promotion of the club and its members, and daily office duties.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and has great communication skills.

Specifically, you will:

Drive membership sales and reach sales targets

Manage club staff and performance

Social Media

Lead Generation

Management of members and retention

Promote the club brand and image within the local community

Ensure Anytime Fitness processes and guidelines are followed
