About the Role
We currently have a vacancy for a qualified full-time Security Technician to join our growing team.
You’ll be installing, commissioning, and maintaining advanced security and automation systems.
The role offers variety, hands-on experience with the latest tech, and opportunities to grow your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission alarm systems, CCTV, and access control
Perform maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on new and existing systems
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot security equipment
Deliver outstanding customer service and tailor solutions to client needs
Maintain accurate documentation of all work
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Mentor and support apprentices / junior staff
About You
We’re after someone who is not only technically capable but also shares our values of integrity, reliability, and excellence. Ideally, you’ll have:
Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
A strong work ethic and a desire to keep learning
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A basic understanding of computer networks (IP addresses, SSIDs, gateways, etc.)
Familiarity with systems such as DSC, Inner Range, Alarm.com, Bosch, Risco, Tecom, Salto, NX Witness, Hikvision, Hanwha
