Qualified only. Legit trade experience required
Work your own hours. As long as the job gets done right, don’t care when you do it.
Someone solid, with the following traits:
Proven experience with classic car rust repairs, metal work, beating, gapping & alignment
Light fabrication skills
Commitment to longevity of repairs
Efficiency and speed
Zero ego, zero attitude.
A sense of humour, doesnt easily get offended
You'll be working on very cool cars for genuine people, in a shop that values skill & quality integrity
Pay is well above award for the right person
If you’ve got the skills & speed, you’ll get the respect and the rate.
Boss does not interfere is always on board to help, wants everyone to contribute as a crew, no hierarchy
