Be a part of the National 360 team in Hobart as an Early Childhood Practitioner. Play a key role in supporting children aged 0-9 and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes through the NDIS.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Deliver supports using the Key Worker model, acting as the primary liaison for families.
- Provide early intervention for children aged 0-9 on the NDIS through National 360's 360 Kids program, using a family-centred approach.
- Build trusted partnerships with families to develop and implement tailored goals and therapy plans.
- Provide services in-home, in community settings (e.g. childcare centres), and at our local clinic.
- Collaborate with a national team of professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Support children to build skills across developmental areas such as communication, motor skills, daily routines, behaviour and play.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Disability Studies, or Social Work or Allied Health.
- At least 1 year experience in Early Intervention or as a Key Worker in the private or public sector.
- Registration with the relevant governing body.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
- You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
- Full Australian working rights.
